Injectable aesthetic therapies

Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally present in the body, including in the skin and the connective tissues. In aesthetic medicine, hyaluronic acid-based fillers are used to restore or add volume, to define contours and to correct certain changes in facial proportions.
The products differ in structure and properties, and their choice is made according to the treated area, the patient's anatomy and the intended result.
Hyaluronic acid can be used for:

The treatment begins with an individualized medical and aesthetic assessment, during which the anatomy of the face, the proportions, the quality of the tissues and the patient's objectives are analyzed.
The physician establishes the type of product, the necessary quantity, the plane and the injection technique according to the treated area and to the individual anatomical particularities.
The result is visible immediately after the procedure, but the final appearance is assessed after the edema has subsided and the product has integrated into the tissues. The duration of the effect varies according to the product, the treated area, the quantity used and individual particularities.
The treatment is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in the presence of an active infection or inflammation in the treated area, or in the case of a known hypersensitivity to the components of the product.
Before the procedure, the medical history, the treatments being taken and any previous aesthetic procedures are assessed, in order to identify contraindications and individual risk factors.
The treatment is performed exclusively after a consultation and medical assessment. The type of product, the quantity and the injection technique are established individually by the physician.
