Processing of personal data.
Maison Longévité clinic, by the very nature of its activity, processes in good faith and in accordance with legal provisions the personal data of patients, current or prospective, of their legal or contractual representatives or of their family members, as part of its medical service delivery operations, as well as the personal data of its employees or of candidates taking part in recruitment processes.
Maison Longévité clinic permanently takes technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data entrusted to it, data that it will administer securely and only for the purposes specified.

Purposes of processing personal data
Maison Longévité clinic collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Delivery of the requested medical services: scheduling the services, sending reminders and other details regarding the appointment, concluding the contract, for purposes of preventive medicine, establishing medical diagnoses, administering medical care or treatment for the data subject, or managing health services acting in the interest of the data subject; issuing the results of clinical investigations or specialist consultations or other medical documents and certificates, patient registration, administrative management associated with the delivery of the services. Providing personal data is necessary for Maison Longévité clinic to be able to manage patients' requests regarding the delivery of medical services. Refusing to provide such data may make it impossible to organize and deliver the medical services requested.
- Reporting of data to CAS, DSP, SIUI or the Ministry of Health, and to tax authorities.
- For financial management purposes, carrying out tax, banking and payment operations.
- For the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim in court, including in the pre-litigation phase.
- For the purpose of resolving various requests, notifications or complaints submitted by data subjects.

Categories of personal data
Maison Longévité clinic collects personal data directly from the data subject or from their family members or legal representatives:
- Data with an identification function (such as: first name and surname, domicile, sex, date of birth, nationality, locality, other elements from the identity document, online identifiers).
- Special data (such as: personal identification number, data concerning health, biometric data, racial origin, religious beliefs, as the case may be). - Financial and banking data (such as: account number, the first name and surname of the holder of the bank account or bank card (this may be someone other than you, if another person has paid an invoice in your name and on your behalf); the validity of the bank card, the bank).
- Other personal data (such as: occupation, place of work, type of insurance, name of insurer).
- Contact data (such as: postal correspondence address, telephone number, e-mail).
- Information regarding the location, image and audio-video recordings of natural persons (video recordings captured by the surveillance cameras installed at the premises, audio recordings of telephone conversations at the call center).
- Data relating to the profiling of website users in accordance with the cookie policy (age, sex, IP, traffic data, geolocation data, device used, operating system, keywords searched by the user according to their interests).
- Opinions (which may include special categories of personal data) that you send us directly or that you post publicly about Maison Longévité clinic, on social networks (social media) or through other public communication media.

The processing of data for the purposes above is based on:
- The conclusion and/or performance of a medical services contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- Compliance with the legal obligations incumbent on Maison Longévité clinic under the law.
- The legitimate interest of Maison Longévité clinic, in compliance with the provisions of Article 5 of EU General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016.
- Protection of your vital interests or those of another natural person.
- Your consent with regard to marketing/advertising activities and other processing operations for which the relevant legislation requires that consent be obtained. To the extent that you have given your consent to a particular processing operation, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the processing of data carried out up to the moment of withdrawal. Retention period for personal data
The storage period for personal data is limited to what is necessary for the processing purposes and until the archiving periods expire. Maison Longévité clinic will delete personal data at the moment you request this, with the exception of data whose provision and processing is carried out as a result of the legitimate interest of Maison Longévité clinic or is required by a legal provision, data which will be deleted within the period provided by law for this purpose. Where the retention of personal data is necessary for purposes specified by law, Maison Longévité clinic will continue to retain the data for the period required.
Automated profiling processes and automated decisions
Maison Longévité clinic does not use personal data to automatically evaluate aspects of the personality of data subjects. Maison Longévité clinic does not use personal data to make automated decisions about you.
Recipients of the data
Maison Longévité clinic may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients: central and local public authorities and institutions, insurers, professionals collaborating with Maison Longévité clinic in compliance with professional secrecy, other medical service providers (hospitals or specialist outpatient units, paraclinical services or medical imaging, etc.) involved in the delivery of medical services. Maison Longévité clinic may communicate your data to processors that process personal data on behalf of Maison Longévité clinic (by way of example: archiving companies, entities providing debt recovery, direct marketing service providers, couriers, etc.).
