Dermato-aesthetic and regenerative treatments

Exosomes — advanced regeneration

The hair follicle and the scalp

Advanced regeneration for skin and hair quality

Exosomes are microscopic particles involved in the communication between cells, playing a role in transmitting biological signals associated with the natural processes of repair and regeneration.

In aesthetic medicine, exosome-based formulas can be integrated into microneedling protocols, with the aim of supporting the regeneration processes and improving the quality and appearance of the skin or the condition of the scalp and hair.

At Maison Longévité, exosomes from the ASCE+ range are used, developed in South Korea by ExoCoBio, a company specialized in the research and development of exosome-based technologies.

Two formulas are available, adapted to the area and to the objective of the treatment:

ASCE+ SRLV — Skin

Exosomes for revitalizing and improving skin quality

ASCE+ SRLV is the formula dedicated to the skin and can be integrated into microneedling treatments, to support the natural processes of regeneration and progressively improve the appearance of the skin.

The treatment is oriented towards texture, radiance, elasticity and the overall quality of the skin, without modifying the volumes or the features of the face.

Microneedling — exosomes integrated into the protocol

How does the treatment unfold?

ASCE+ SRLV is used in combination with microneedling.

By creating micro-channels in the skin in a controlled manner, microneedling stimulates the natural processes of repair and regeneration and allows the exosomes to be integrated into the treatment protocol.

The intensity of the procedure and the protocol are adapted to the characteristics of the skin and to the objective pursued.

When are the results visible?

The results appear progressively. In the period following the treatment, the skin may take on a more radiant, more even, smoother and revitalized appearance.

The evolution differs depending on the initial characteristics of the skin and on the recommended protocol.

How many sessions are needed?

The number of sessions is established individually, depending on the quality of the skin and on the objective of the treatment.

A series of procedures may be recommended and, subsequently, maintenance sessions.

What is the recovery like?

Recovery is generally rapid and depends on the intensity of the microneedling procedure.

Immediately after the treatment, redness, sensitivity, a sensation of heat or mild edema may appear temporarily, and these subside progressively.

Do exosomes provide volume like a filler?

No. The objective of exosome treatment is not volumization or modification of the facial contour.

It is oriented towards the regeneration and improvement of skin quality, for a progressive and natural result.

The hair follicle and scalp therapies

ASCE+ HRLV — Scalp

Exosomes for revitalizing the scalp and supporting hair quality

ASCE+ HRLV — exosomes for scalp and hairASCE+ Scalp Care HRLV — growth factors

ASCE+ HRLV is the formula dedicated to the scalp, used in protocols that aim to improve the condition of the scalp and support an environment favorable to the health and quality of the hair.

It can be integrated into microneedling treatments when there is hair loss, thinning of the strands or loss of density.

How does the treatment unfold?

ASCE+ HRLV is applied to the scalp in combination with microneedling, in a protocol adapted to the condition of the scalp and to the particularities of each patient.

In the case of hair loss, medical assessment is important for identifying the possible causes and for establishing a personalized treatment plan.

When are the results visible?

In the case of hair, results require time, because they are influenced by the natural growth cycle of the hair.

The changes appear progressively, and the evolution can be monitored throughout the protocol by assessing hair loss, density and the quality of the strands.

How many sessions are needed?

The number of sessions and the interval between them are established individually, depending on the condition of the scalp, the type of hair loss and the response to the treatment.

The treatment can be integrated, when there is an indication, into a broader protocol dedicated to the health of the scalp and hair.

What is the recovery like?

After microneedling of the scalp, redness, sensitivity or slight local discomfort may appear temporarily, and these subside progressively.

Can exosomes be used for any type of hair loss?

Hair loss can have different causes, from hormonal and nutritional factors to stress, scalp conditions or certain pathologies.

For this reason, before starting the treatment it is important to carry out a medical assessment and identify the cause, so that the exosome protocol is recommended when there is an indication and, if necessary, combined with other treatments.
