Therapies

Advanced technology for firmness, texture, contour and skin quality, integrated into the Skin Longevity concept.
At Maison Longévité, we use Morpheus8 by InMode, a minimally invasive medical technology that combines microneedling with fractional bipolar radiofrequency, for the controlled remodeling of the skin and of the deeper tissue structures.
The microneedles penetrate the tissue in a controlled manner and deliver radiofrequency energy directly at the selected depth. The treatment parameters can be adapted according to the anatomy of the area, the quality of the skin and the therapeutic objective.
By combining the mechanical stimulus of microneedling with the controlled thermal effect of radiofrequency, Morpheus8 stimulates the natural processes of tissue repair and remodeling, including neocollagenesis and the reorganization of collagen and elastin fibers.
The result builds up progressively, as the tissue remodels: firmer skin, with improved texture and quality, and a better defined contour.
With advancing age, the structure of the dermis changes, the production and organization of collagen and elastin decrease, and the skin progressively loses its firmness, density and elasticity.
Morpheus8 acts through two complementary mechanisms:
The microneedles create controlled micro-injuries within the tissue, activating the natural repair and regeneration response.
RF energy is transmitted through the microneedles directly into the tissue, producing controlled heating that induces the remodeling of existing collagen and stimulates the formation of new collagen.
The ability to adapt depth and energy allows the treatment to be personalized according to the anatomical area and the indication of each patient.
Depending on the indication and on individual particularities, Morpheus8 may contribute to:
On the face and neck, Morpheus8 can be used for skin laxity, wrinkles, texture changes, enlarged pores and post-acne scars, as well as in protocols intended to improve the facial contour.
The treated areas may include:
The treatment aims at the progressive remodeling of the tissue and at improving skin quality, while preserving the natural look of the features.
Morpheus8 technology can also be used on the body, particularly in areas where there is skin laxity, texture changes or stretch marks.
Depending on the indication, the following may be treated:
The depth and the parameters are adapted to the characteristics of the tissue and to the anatomical area being treated.
At Maison Longévité, Morpheus8 is integrated into the Skin Longevity concept – an approach oriented not only towards correcting the visible signs of aging, but also towards maintaining the quality and structure of the skin over time.
By stimulating the skin's own tissue remodeling mechanisms, the treatment aims to improve dermal density, firmness and architecture, elements that change progressively with the process of skin aging.
Depending on the indication, Morpheus8 can be used on its own or integrated into a personalized dermatological and regenerative protocol.
The treatment begins with the medical assessment of the skin and of the anatomy of the area to be treated. The degree of laxity, the thickness and quality of the skin, the distribution of the subcutaneous tissue, any scars and the patient's objectives are analyzed.
The area is then cleansed and disinfected, and topical anesthesia is usually applied for comfort.
During the procedure, the Morpheus8 applicator inserts the microneedles into the tissue in a controlled manner and delivers the radiofrequency energy according to the parameters selected by the physician.
The duration of the procedure itself depends on the area treated and on the chosen protocol. To this is added the time required for preparation and topical anesthesia.
Immediately after the procedure, redness, mild edema, a sensation of heat or local sensitivity may occur, as well as small points corresponding to the insertion of the microneedles.
These manifestations are usually transient, and their duration may vary depending on the intensity of the treatment, the area treated and the individual response.
During the first days after Morpheus8, the following are recommended:
The exact recommendations are adapted to the intensity of the procedure and to the particularities of each patient's skin.
The results of Morpheus8 are progressive.
Some changes in texture and firmness may become visible within the first weeks, but the processes of neocollagenesis and tissue remodeling continue afterwards.
For this reason, the final result should not be assessed immediately after the procedure, but after the period required for the biological remodeling of the tissue.
The number of sessions is established individually depending on the indication, the area treated, the degree of laxity, the quality of the skin, the severity of the scars and the patient's response.
For certain indications a shorter protocol may be sufficient, whereas for scars, laxity or more complex remodeling several sessions may be recommended.
The physician establishes both the number of treatments and the interval between them.
Fractional radiofrequency with microneedling can be used for a wide range of skin phototypes.
Because the radiofrequency energy is delivered directly into the tissue and does not depend on the absorption of light by epidermal melanin, the technology presents advantages including for patients with darker phototypes.
Patient selection and the correct choice of parameters nevertheless remain essential for the safety of the procedure.
The indication is established following the medical consultation.
The treatment may be contraindicated or postponed in certain situations, such as:
Fractional radiofrequency with microneedling is supported by clinical studies and systematic reviews for facial rejuvenation, dermal remodeling, skin laxity, wrinkles and atrophic post-acne scars.
Histological and clinical data support the collagen remodeling processes that underlie the progressive improvement of skin structure.
Recent literature describes a favorable safety and tolerability profile, the most frequent reactions being erythema, edema and transient discomfort.
Advanced technology. Personalized medical protocol. Skin Longevity.
Every treatment is preceded by a medical assessment, and the indication, the depth, the parameters and the number of sessions are individualized according to the particularities and objectives of each patient.
